The Service collects and analyzes publicly available information from e-commerce storefronts, including product listings, pricing, inventory availability, and collection data. All data is sourced from publicly accessible pages and APIs that store owners make available to the general public.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to:

The competitive intelligence data provided through the Service is compiled and analyzed by us, but we do not claim ownership over the underlying public data from third-party stores.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitive intelligence data. Market conditions, store configurations, and product information may change at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreIntel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
